Perforation Machinery Ltd develops a new cold perforation machine for the plastics film extrusion industry. The perforation unit is designed with a small footprint to enable you to fit it easily within existing equipment giving the added benefit of numerically registered pin depth applicators to ensure correct pin depth within the web.
The unit can fit between existing feed rollers or the side frames can easily be extended to incorporate additional feed rollers to ensure the optimum brush wrap for clean, well shaped perforated holes.
Our high density brush rollers design offers the best support for all perforation requirements, ensuring a secure even surface to perforate against.
