Needling Machines
Our tyre needling machines are simple to use, affordable and strong enough to stand the test of time. The needling machine we offer come with our precision made pinned roller that set the standard of the industry. We offer both economical units to small racing participants, and we can design large high production units for more industrial operations.
We can offer any voltage motor you require. The needlers feature a high torque motor that turns at 9 rpm, which allows the operator to visually inspect the needling, and allows for ultimate control of the penetration depth and area coverage. The machines are foot pedal operated so that hands are free to operate the machine. The pinned roller, which is mounted on a swivel, is precision Stewarts CNC machined and set meaning that it is simply the best you can buy on the market. The needle sets run on quality sealed bearings for long life.
As an convenient addition, we include a 4 plug outlet box which can be used to supply your tyre grinder or other machinery. This means that you can both grind and perforate from opposing sides of the tyre at the same time.
Our tyre needling machines come standard with Wide 5, 5x5, and 4-1/2x4 lug patterns. Other lug patterns are available on request at no extra charge, simply let us know what you require. We also have tyre mounting that allows you to simply press on and off the tyre. This is very useful for Sprint Cars and Mini Sprints.
